St. Albans Glenn has light poles throughout the community called watch lights.  The power to keep these lights on is paid for by the Association; however, the lights are owned and serviced by Dominion Virginia Power.  

 

If you notice that one of these lights is not working, PLEASE note the number of the pole and the closest address and email your Association Manager to contact Dominion Virginia Power with the account number and pole information and they will put in a work order.  

 

Neither your Association Management company nor The St. Albans Glenn Condominium Association has any control over the work order's time of completion and Dominion Virginia Power will not send an update after the work is completed so we encourage and appreciate regular updates or reports of any outages from the residents within the community.
